The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline provides 24/7, free, confidential support before, during, and after pregnancy. The Hotline offers callers support information, resources, and referrals. English and Spanish counselors are available and interpretation in 60 languages.

Endeavor Health System (Formerly NorthShore) offers a Perinatal Depression Program whose mission is to identify and support families at risk for perinatal depression. Their free, confidential hotline is available 24 hours a day to patients and their families for information and support.

The PSI HelpLine is a toll-free telephone number anyone can call and receive information, support and resources. English and Spanish languages are available. The HelpLine is available 24 hours a day. The caller will be asked to leave a confidential message and a trained volunteer will return the call or text. The volunteer will provide information, encouragement and names of resources near the caller. The PSI HelpLine does not handle emergencies.
